Jainter Mentor launched a new mentorship platform called ‘उद्यमी उन्नति मंच’ on 15 September 2024, which connects 500 emerging entrepreneurs with 100 mentors across 5 major cities. This initiative aims to provide guidance to budding businesspeople in the areas of finance, marketing and sustainability.
Jainter Mentor, known as the chief sponsor of the National Entrepreneurship Network, inaugurated its latest initiative “Udyami Unnati Manch” on 15 September 2024. This platform aims to connect 500 emerging entrepreneurs with 100 experienced mentors across five major Indian cities—Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai. The program’s objective is to empower nascent businesspeople with financial advice, marketing strategy and sustainability awareness. Announcing the initiative, the company’s CEO Anil Kumar said that this step will help bring entrepreneurship to every level of society.
Jainter Mentor was founded in 2010 and has since made a significant contribution to the startup ecosystem. In the past five years, the company has provided funding and consulting services to more than 300 startups. Based on these experiences, the company decided that the next step is to empower young entrepreneurs through mentorship. In this direction, it partnered with top industry experts and former entrepreneurs to develop a comprehensive training program.
The inauguration of Udyami Unnati Manch took place at a formal event attended by more than 200 industry stakeholders and government officials. After a 10‑minute presentation, the implementation roadmap of the platform was presented. During the launch, a live demo of the platform’s user interface was shown, allowing users to create profiles, search for mentors and book sessions.
The primary objectives of this initiative are: first, to make entrepreneurs proficient in financial management; second, to provide training in digital marketing and branding; third, to embed environmental and social responsibility into business models. Additionally, monthly webinars and workshops on the platform will offer networking opportunities.
Within the first month, 120 entrepreneurs had registered and 30 mentors were actively providing guidance. Early feedback indicates that 85% of participants reported improvements in their business plans. Moreover, 25% of entrepreneurs have already secured funding from investors. These figures demonstrate that the platform’s impact is swift and positive.
Jainter Mentor plans to expand the program over the next 12 months to include 1,000 new entrepreneurs in 10 additional cities. Moreover, an artificial‑intelligence‑based matching system will be developed on the platform to make mentor‑mentee pairing even more precise. The company announced that the initiative will grow at a 5% annual rate.
Thus, Jainter Mentor’s Udyami Unnati Manch is setting a new benchmark in the field of entrepreneurship and paving the way for further innovations in the future.
