New Direction in Delhi Politics: Elections, Policies, and Challenges

Delhi’s politics have undergone profound changes over the past few months. In the 2024 general elections, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) strengthened its majority, while the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) adopted new strategies. Meanwhile, the Delhi government has launched several new plans for water management and educational reform. Alongside these decisions, citizens’ expectations and challenges are also growing, which will have a significant impact on the government’s future steps.

After the election, the AAP government advanced the “Smart Delhi” initiative, emphasizing increased transparency of public works through digital services.
