Removed blanket of sleeping woman after breaking into house; accused of profanity when she opposed.

Bhiwandi: A case has emerged alleging that a man entered a woman's house in Kurashi Nagar, within the Nizampur Police Station area, without permission and removed the blanket from her face while she was sleeping. In response to the woman's complaint, the police have registered a case against the individual under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the police, the incident occurred on the morning of 30 September at approximately 10:15 a.m. near Fatima Grocery Stores in Kurashi Nagar, Kasaiwada area. The complainant woman was sleeping in her home. It is alleged that during this time Yamin Kurashi opened the door and entered the house, removing the blanket from the sleeping woman's face.
When the woman asked him how he had entered the house, it is alleged that Yamin replied that he had been sent by Toukeer Hussain Momin. Subsequently, the woman was allegedly subjected to verbal abuse. She filed a complaint with Nizampur Police regarding the incident.
The police have registered a case against the accused under Sections 329(2), 329(4) and 352 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the police, the accused has been served a notice under Section 35(3) of the Indian Civil Defence Code. The investigation is being conducted by Assistant Police Inspector Gayaikward.
