Three employees arrested in the murder case of a fellow employee at a petrol pump in Bhiwandi

Within just 24 hours, the Nizampur police solved the murder case of an employee working at the Milan petrol pump located at Bhandi’s Banjarpatti checkpoint, and have apprehended three killers. They killed their colleague over a minor dispute and concealed the body behind the premises to destroy evidence.

According to police, Rajesh Anil Shukla (34) was employed at the Milan petrol pump at Banjarpatti checkpoint and lived in one of its rooms. He was originally from the Sirmaur region of Madhya Pradesh. Between approximately 7:46 a.m. on 17 September and 4:20 p.m. on 18 September, in the office of the Milan petrol pump, Utsav Devendra Chaturvedi, Sandeep Omprakash Upadhyay and Kalam Abdul Ansari conspired and assaulted Rajesh. The accused first doused Rajesh with water from a plastic bucket. He was then allegedly beaten with a shovel and kicked. It is alleged that a mop with a wooden handle struck multiple parts of his body. He was subsequently dragged from the scene, leading to his death. Furthermore, according to the police complaint, the accused concealed Rajesh’s body behind the Milan petrol pump and attempted to hide the incident and destroy evidence.

Nizampur police have registered the offense under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code and have arrested all three murderers within 24 hours of the homicide. They had killed their coworker over a minor dispute. The police are currently interrogating the three accused. The investigation is probing the true motive behind the murder and the entire conspiracy. The case is being investigated by API Mupde.
