Farmers look up to the government as their father, but this government has nothing for them. I met this farmer as it was my duty to console him. We are aware that drought is not a matter for politics, but the government should also respond positively but it does not seem to be happening.
The condition of the farmers in the state is very bad and they need urgent help. In the meeting called on the issue of drought, the MPs of the ruling party are lashing out at cashew almonds, the government has no sense. Sapkal reiterated that the Congress party is doing satyagraha to get immediate help to Baliraja, Congress workers are protesting from village to village, if the government does not announce immediate help, the ministers and MLAs of the ruling party will not be allowed to walk on the streets.
